Moving into your new apartment or townhome is a busy time, filled with unpacking, shopping, decorating, organizing and creating your personal sense of home. As you settle into your new apartment, we encourage you to explore our community clubhouse and make good use of the many amenities designed to help you live your best life at home.
There are several things you can expect to take advantage of inside and around our clubhouse, from the moment you pick up your keys and move in. Fitness enthusiasts will celebrate having immediate access to our 24 hour fitness studio, equipped with all of the state-of-the-art equipment you need. Our business center and complimentary WIFI througout our clubhouse are designed to help you quickly process paperwork, check work emails on the go and print boarding passes before you hustle off to your holiday vacation. Our resort-style pool and comfortable lounge area are there to help you kick back, relax and make the most of your time off in style.

Summer in Coastal Virginia is beautiful and lush, and by mid-July, it’s also hot! Our residents love having the option to cool off outdoors all summer long in our luxurious, resort style pool with swim up deck. Whether you prefer to take a quick dip after work, or spend saturday afternoons beside the pool, soaking up precious Vitamin D, our community pool is available to you and staffed with a certified lifeguard to help safeguard you and your family while you swim.
24 Hour Fitness Center
Say goodbye to your expensive gym membership, because your move to Monticello at Town Center means you have immediate access to our state-of-the-art, 24 hour fitness center. You can work on your strength training and cardio needs anytime of day you prefer, and you won’t have to move your car or drive across town to get there. Our residents rave about our on site fitness center, and we’re pretty sure you will too.

We live in a wireless world, and our clubhouse comes equipped with free wifi in all the common areas. Even if you have internet in your apartment, there are times when you may want to socialize outside of your apartment, and still be able to access email, social pages or breaking news. You’ll always be connected when you’re lounging in our clubhouse!

Gourmet Coffee Bar
Forget to prep your coffee before work, and need caffeine fast and on the go? Stop by the clubhouse and fill up a cup of our gourmet coffeet that we keep on hand at all times. Whether our residents need a quick pick me up or just want to enjoy a quiet coffee date in our lounge area with a neighbor or a good book, we’re stocked and ready to keep their cup filled with a piping hot cup of joe.
Community Events
When our residents want to get social, all they have to do is mark their calendars and come to the clubhouse during one of our monthly resident socials. Our team regularly hosts community events to keep our residents connected and having fun! Whether it’s a wine tasting, potluck party, Superbowl party, Move in the Pool or Holiday gathering, we are always cooking up new ways for our residents to mix and mingle with one another and get out without going far!

We love seeing our residents stop and rest in our lounge area by kicking back on our cozy couches or chairs. We’ve designed our clubhouse to be the ultimate in comfort and style, so that our residents can feel like they have a place to come be social, relax and enjoy a change of space whenever they need it.
